sight but solid in function to support the body that without interruption welcomes the seat and backseat.

The Ombra dining chair, armchair and stool embodies Lema’s discreet style and the bold approach of Piero Lissoni. The Ombra collection is characterised by a metal structure, light to the eye but solid in function, which supports the shell capable of accommodating chairs and backrest. Formed from a rigid polypropylene sheet, minimal in thickness, the shell is also available with leather upholstery with very light padding. The stool, a novelty of the Lema 2022 collection, is part of the Ombra project, a family of furnishing accessories that arises from Lema's profound research on shapes and materials, which has allowed the development of a seat capable of combining great stylistic refinement and a balanced value for money. Ombra is protected by a Community Design registration.

Piero Lissoni (1956) is architect, designer and art director. With offices in Milan and New York, Lissoni & Partners has a thirty year history in developing
international projects regarding architecture, interiors, product design and graphic design, as well as providing art direction for important companies (Alpi, Boffi, De Padova, Living Divani, Lema, Lualdi, Porro and Sanlorenzo).


Piero Lissoni has received numerous awards including the Good Design Award, the Red Dot Award and the Compasso d’Oro ADI.
